Okay hi! I’m Noreen Ribbs, aka Queen Noreen, and I am SO excited to help you in any way I can! I’m the Internet Sales Department Director here at Ford Lincoln of Cookeville, and I genuinely love what I do. Like, actually love it.

I came all the way from Illinois and never looked back. My friends and family will tell you I’m driven, funny, and dependable, which I think is a pretty great combination if I do say so myself. Oh, and I’m also a little OCD, which really just means I care a lot and things get done right. You’re in good hands!

Outside of work, I am a woman of many passions. Cooking, travelling, and also sometimes just staying home with my cat, Pickle, who is precious. I have two amazing sons and the most wonderful granddaughter, who I am completely and totally over the moon about. We love getting outside, going to the parks, cooking together, and just enjoying each other. It’s the simple stuff that gets me every time.

I am a deep conversation person through and through. Ask me something real and I will be your best friend instantly. I’m a good listener, I genuinely care, and I truly believe we are all just better together. That’s not a quote, that’s just how I live.

I grew up in Franklin, TN, and found my way to Cookeville by way of Tennessee Tech, where I met my wife Kathryn during the very first week of our freshman year in 2018. She has a master’s degree in wildlife biology, which pretty much confirms she’s the smarter (and more attractive) half of our duo. Together, we have one son who is the funniest, craziest little kid you will ever meet.

When I am not at work, you can usually find me “nerding out” over one of my many unorthodox interests, which actually relate quite well to my job here. I’m obsessed with cars of all types, I find artificial intelligence extremely intriguing, I love to analyse data, and I truly enjoy learning about the history of the world.

If you ask me about our dealership, the thing I always love sharing with people is my personal experience with our Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. I know it can sound too good to be true, but it saved me $15,000 in repair costs firsthand. If you are on the fence about it, come find me. I would love to tell you my story (and talk about cars).
