I am a big believer in keeping my F150 maintained to the highest level. I recently came in and talked with my favorite service drive writer , Casey.
I had him write me a service ticket for some unusual but in my book necessary items when it comes to maintaining my vehicle. He is great at getting my vehicle in and making sure the service is done to the highest standards.

I went in the day before and set an appointment for the next afternoon, so they could order a new tire for me. I went for my appointment. My tire came in so we were good to go. I was so pleased with everything because they also did an oil change. I am so very happy with the service department. My advisor was Nicholas Hough, and let me just tell you that he is awesome. Nick was amazing in helping me. An oil change, also a tire leak that couldn't be detected, frustratingly so. Nick kept me up to date frequently, trying multiple times to find a leak that just wouldn't cooperate. Oh well, what can you do?
Purchased a Ford F150 from Adam today and traded in our old truck. He was super easy to work with and help find you the perfect fit. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly without the pushy salesman mentality. Highly recommend him and will use him next time

Nick did a great job communicating. Although they were not able to actually able to balance my rather large tires, Nick reached out asap and asked what I wanted to do and go from there.

Ford of Cookeville offered a pick up service which was so convenient! I was texted when they arrived, and car was taken to shop. Approximately 2 hours later it was back in my driveway! Great experience and super nice people!

I worked with two service advisors during my car's visit, Casey Loftis and Nick Hough. Both were awesome. The service department was extremely busy, (I know this because this information was included in their apology & explanation for my "hold" time on the phone), but Casey and Nick never rushed me through my call. They took their time with me to thoroughly answer all my questions.
GREAT service, WONDERFUL people, and an awesome experience. We bought our bronco over a year ago, and this dealership has treated us like we were their number one priority.
