Ford President’s Award: 8 Straight Years
The President’s Award is Ford’s highest honor for dealer customer satisfaction. It isn’t based on how many vehicles a store sells. It’s based on how customers rate their experience in both sales and service, and only a select group of Ford dealers across the country earn it each year.
Ford of Cookeville won it eight years in a row, from 2016 through 2023. Winning once takes a good team. Winning eight straight years takes a culture that sticks, no matter how much the market changes.

Not every award comes with a plaque from Detroit. In 2025, our team took home the Gumbo YaYa award at Cooking on the Square, given to the organization with the best decorated booth. It’s a fun one, and it’s a good reminder of why we show up for events like this, along with Cars & Coffee, our Drive for a Cause charity golf tournament, and Clays for a Cause. Cookeville is home, and we like being part of it.
